- 1. Two Stages, One Goal! The JEE exam is conducted in two phases: JEE Main – This is the first step, required for admission into NITs, IIITs, and other top engineering colleges. It also determines eligibility for JEE Advanced. Conducted twice a year (January & April), it consists of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics questions. JEE Advanced – Only those who qualify JEE Main can appear for this. It’s the final challenge for IIT aspirants, testing deeper conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills.
- 2. Exam Pattern & Syllabus Both exams focus on Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, with a mix of MCQs, numerical-based questions, and multiple correct answer types. Syllabus: Class 11th & 12th NCERT concepts, with advanced-level problem-solving in JEE Advanced.
